Title: Housing and Homeless Prevention Case Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with housing programs, mortgages and budgets
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Computer literate, Outlook, Word, databases

 

Supervision: Reports to Director of Housing and Homeless Prevention

Responsibilities:


Specific

  • Intake and assessment of individuals seeking assistance.
  • Providing case management services to clients
  • Teaching budget and credit classes
  • Providing housing counseling and home buyer education
  • Advocating  client issues with banks, landlords and credit card services
